Tug Of War - Body and Mind

Do not get carried away by the thought process of the mind. We need not give much weightage to the thought process. Our whole concentration should be how not to get attached to every thoughts and get carried away by it.  It is as if you are being manipulated by a body part.  The thought processes are the distractions which does not allow you to be yourselves.  Mind always wants you to be other than what you are. It is not interested in you, it is interested in the other you or what you are not. Mind al\ways tries to make you come out of your present and be somewhere in past or future.  Mind's design is not for the present. When the mind is absent you are actually there in the present 100% and things will be alright.  No mind, no problem.  More mindy more problems. Since it cannot keep quiet it always wants you on the run and keep you in the edge of the cliff.  It will make you run till you are burnt out due to exhaustion. Keeping quiet or being quiet is not in the purview of mind. It is helpless and has determined to make you helpless and desperate and in fact suicidal.

Mind - a body part dominating all other body parts and playing the spoilsport in the beautiful journey of life.

The mind always wants you to pretend.  It wants you to be a hypocrite throughout your life and in fact die as one.  It never wants you to settle in the present and never wants you to settle at all. If you settle in life the mind will be left with no role to play in your life.  You are allowing you body part mind to play around with your life, what an unfortunate situation you are in.  You do not trust all of your body as a whole, you just get carried away or influenced by one body part. You have given undue importance to one body part and in the process neglected all the other body parts. So when you are too attached to the mind and allowed it to be a master you are left with no other choice except to become a servant of it and obeying it with obedience and allowing it take control and destroy your life as a whole.

Realize, take back control of your life from the mind and listen to the body language and work in tandem with all of your body parts giving equal importance to all of them as a whole and lead a synchronous life rather than a monotonous life.

Becoming yourself and understanding your self  and being you should be your objective in life.

Life is a subjective journey in this objective world.

The subject is you all other things other then you are objects.

Being your self and leading a selfless life leads you to a blissful and tranquil state in this noisy objective world.
