He is so involved in the process of doing it he is never bothered about the end result. In fact, he enjoys doing what he does. He gets contentment as a result of it. A satisfaction of immense proportions. He will reach a state of being wherein he is happy with what he has without desiring for anything more in life. He becomes desireless as a result of his contentment state.
