You are what you are. You cannot be otherwise. You cannot become anybody else other than what you are. You are unique amongst all. You are not like anybody else, nobody else can be like you. You cannot be somebody or somebody can be you. We are the product of universal process called the Nature. Nobody can own you, not even your mother or father, not even your own self, you are owned by nature, you belong to the whole. You are a part of the whole.
Mind projects thoughts on an invisible screen for you to get carried away by it, so that you do not remain in the present. Mind is absent in the present. Presence of mind means absence of mind.
Imagine you are sitting in a dark cinema hall facing the huge white screen in front of you and the projector behind you projects a series of still images at 16 frames per second creating a make-believe moving images hoodwinking your eyes and you just fall for it and get carried away by it making you move out of your present state of being. Once the reels get finished the projection stops, the lights in the cinema hall is turned on and the screen in front of you goes blank and becomes white again and again you come back to your present state of being. This is what your mind does all the time to make you get away from the present. Meditation means absence of mind and its projections and remaining in the present state of your being.
Now, the choice is yours, do you want to be in the present realistic world or a make-believe world.
Religion is all scripture based, book based, going by the book, cannot be your experience.
Spirituality does not follow any scriptures or book. It is a no mind zone, understanding yourself, experiencing life, living in the present, here now.
Life is an experience only when you live in the present.
It is the journey which is important rather than the beginning or the end. If you can enjoy your journey, you do not have to worry about your destination. Life is a journey without destination.
C e l e b r a t e L i f e, enjoy the journey!
