Jagriti - Being fully awakened
First and foremost thing one needs to do in this life is to Jagrit or awaken from the slumber of kalpana or imaginary life. Life is not imagination. It is a absolute reality which has to be experienced by being Jagrit or awakened throughout ones life. If you are not in your right consciousness you are bound to miss everything in life. Being aware of what is ongoing is possible when one is in the present state of ones life.
You will imagine about things which is not there in the present which is out of focus from reality. Reality is not imagination. Reality is something that is the ongoing or ever changing ecological process which has been going on eternally. Imagination is just a projection of your mind which is always in the past or future and never in the present. Presence of mind means absence of mind. Mind means logic or calculation 2 + 2 = 4 that is the only possibility. 2+2 can be anything in nature. Mind means limited possibility.
Life is beyond logic and beyond the limited capacity of the mind to understand. Mind cannot understand things which have no limitation, it is out of it bounds. Mind cannot comprehend what life is because mind can understand and assimilate only logical things in life. Mind concludes everything and puts them into a slot. Mind needs things which can be defined and which can be concluded. Mind cannot describe or conclude the ever changing ecological process, which is beyond its comprehension abilities. Any intrusion from the mind will distance you from understanding the concept of life. Anxiety and being anguish are outcome or qualities of a disturbed mind. Mind will take you to the edge of life without possibilities.
Being mindy of everything in life is sure shot recipe for acquiring all kinds of mental illness like depression, anxiety, being anguish, personality disorder, substance abuse disorder, schizophrenia, and finally getting suicidal tendencies. The cause factor for mental disorder is overuse of your mind. The less you use of your mind you will be away from all the disorders in life and you will be in the right order, the right way towards understanding life.
Life is not logical, nether it is illogical, but it is mystical. Mysteries are something that gets unraveled over a course of time. Life is a mystery to be unraveled with a no mind approach. Life can be understood with no mind approach. Mysteries are beyond minds comprehension. Mind will act as a hinderance or an obstruction to understand and assimilate what life is all about. Only when the mind becomes numb, the possibility arise to understand life.
The whole process of meditation is to bring stillness in the ever disturbed mind. Meditation will make you come to your right senses and be in a jagrit or awakened state with full of receptivity for revelation about life. Life is a realization of the reality which is ever present time immemorable. Realization means it is already there for everyone to realize it. You can realize anything only when you are in awareness state, that is by being in the present tense all the time. It is the tense which is very important to realize what life is.
Unless you are awake and alert, observe the happenings around you will miss everything and you lose the chance to understand life altogether. It is only possible for a Jagrit person who is in high state of alertness and wakeful state to grasp what life is all about.
Spirituality helps you to be in a Jagrit or awakened state throughout your lifetime. It makes you come to your right senses from the past or the future. It will make you come out of your imaginary mindy world full of hallucinations. Spirituality helps you to be in the present tense in a relaxed state without anxiety or anguish to be able understand and assimilate the reality which is there in the present all the time.
