Stimita - prashanta

Stimita or prashanta or tranquility is the state you reach after all the disturbances in your mind calms down.  When the mind becomes empty again you will be able to reach the Stimita state.  Stillness will come when the waves of your thought process in the mind stops completely.  When there is blankness or nothing in the mind then you have attained the Stimita state.

Mind is always wavery and always wants to be in a disturbed state and it is its true nature.  Stillness is not there in the vocabulary of mind.   Being unsteady is the quality of mind.  Mind cannot remain calm and calmness is out of its bounds.  If you are able to reach peace within then you can be absolutely sure that your mind is put to rest - dead.

Meditation is no mind zone. You have to keep your mind aside to reach this zone.   When all the thought process stop in the mind or stop coming then you are reaching the tranquil state of your being.  Tranquility, peace, stability, unwaveriness, stillness are the zone of a meditative person.  The whole process of meditation is how to bring calmness in the mind.  How to make the mind numb is the sole intention of meditation.

An intellectual or a very qualified person or a mindy person will find it hard to reach a meditative state because it is against his idea of what life is.  Being mindy about each and every thing will be a hurdle for you to reach the meditative state in your life.

Peace can be achieved only subjectively, not objectively.  Objects of desires will take you away from reaching a peaceful state.  Peace comes from within you, not outside of you.  It has no concern about your outside or external life.  Peace is a internal feeling coming from inside a being who has reached the meditative state in his life.

The only creature who is not in peaceful state in this whole world is man with the mind.  All the creatures have accepted themselves and are at peace within and are flowing with the natures flow in a graceful and let go state.

Man likes to complicate himself where ever he is.  He does not go with the flow of nature.  Since he goes against the flow he faces all kinds of obstacles in his life.  He always thinks life is a struggle.  Just because he thinks so it is not so.  Life is a celebration for the whole ecosystem except for man.  Man does not fall into place, he falls apart, that is his problem.  Man thinks life is an achievement that is why he faces all kinds of problems in his life.  He has taken a wrong route obviously he will never reach his destination at all in this life.

Life is a realization.  Realization means it is already existing, it is never a achievement at all.   You have to achieve something if it not there.  What will you achieve when it is already existing in the first place.

The whole process of Spirituality is self discovery and by doing so you will develop capacity to understand the whole concept of life and living.  It is purely an inward journey not outward at all.  Once you undertake the internal journey you will know inside-out of everything.  Outside is just a reflection of what is inside of yourselves.  Outside is just a mirror image.

Once you reach Stimita state inside you have simultaneously reached Stimita outside of yourselves.  It is like killing two birds with a single stone.  You will reach the ultimate state of your being once you adopt Spirituality as your approach.

To become Spiritual you can be of any age group and of any sex, you do not have to go somewhere, you do not have to leave your present vocation or position in your life whatever you might be involved in.  You can do what you are doing, you can be where you are and still reach the meditative state through Spirituality.

Who does not love to be left in peace or live in peace their rest of the journey in life.

If reaching a Stimita state is your aim in life then you have to embrace Spirituality wholeheartedly without delay and enjoy the transformed state of your being the rest of your life.

Celebrate life the way you are
