अनुगच्छति प्रवः - Go With The Flow

अनुगच्छति प्रवः - Go With The Flow

Anugacchati pravah

Surrendering to the natural rhythm of life will make your journey of life an effortless one.  It is as easy as drinking a glass of water every day in your life.

Life is a struggle for an inexperienced person. Life is a wonderful journey with full of excitement for an experienced person.  It is not something to be achieved, it is in fact a joyous journey to be cherished and enjoyed every moment of your life effortlessly.

We are born in heaven or garden of Eden, the Terrestrial Paradise, and we keep searching for it throughout our life thinking that we will reach Heaven or Hell only after our death depending on the deeds we had done throughout our life, depending on the category it falls under, good or bad deeds.  Our mind always makes us get out of our present state to be out somewhere in the past or future. Mind can never be in the present because it has no role to play and is not of any use.  Mind always spins or weaves something projected in the future or past but never of the present.   The phrase 'Presence of mind" means actually absence of mind.  Body is always in the present, but mind is the only body part which is always absent.

We cannot be anywhere else other than where we already are, it is impossible.  Only mind can go around somewhere in the past or out there in the future, but never ever be in the present.  Only when all body parts are in the present, the probability of things going wrong or out of hand is reduced or negated altogether.  It is the alignment of body parts by being in the present and working in tandem with one another results in symphony in/of life.  We can have a harmonious living only when we are in the present, here now.

Life is not a struggle when we go with the flow of nature.  If we are going against the stream, we have to put a lot of effort, whereas if we allow ourselves go with flow of the river, it becomes an effortless game.  We will get carried all along the river with no effort at all.  Water does not put effort to flow, it just lets itself go towards downward surface of the earth and gets accumulated in a puddle, pond, lake, and ultimately merge or unite into the sea and become the sea itself.

Spirituality helps you to know your inner self, dissolve it, and ultimately merge or unite with the universal self, the whole and sole energy consciousness.  We were born as a part of the whole and ultimately merge with the whole and thus becoming the whole itself again.  Atma, Antaratma, and ultimately Paramatma.  In spirituality, we transform ourselves from being an Individual soul or Jivatma to that of becoming the Supreme Soul or the Paramatma.
