सुख - संथृप्ति Happiness - Contentment

सुख - संथृप्ति  Sukha - Santhrupthi

Happiness - Contentment

If you have the purchasing power you can buy anything materialistic on this earth and just by possessing it will make you happy or give you a sense of satisfaction for a time period which is temporary in nature.

If you go dive deep inside your being and start knowing yourselves completely you will slowly and slowly start reaching a stage called Santrupthi or contentment, which is not related to any materialistic things on this earth and which is permanent in nature.  Getting fulfilled of your daily needs in 24-hour timeframe leads to a state of happiness.  Having no urge or desire at all having got filled to the brim in all aspects of your life is the stage called Santhrupthi or contentment.  It is a state where you are full with all the content and you do not have any space for anything else.  You are houseful in all aspect of your life.  You neither have any desire to live or die, you just allow nature to decide your fate.  You are in a let go state.  It is a no desire state.  Just like that, you live.

We hardly know about ourselves.  We always view life externally since we have eyes which is a window to the world.  Over a period in your lifetime you would like to possess all the things you see and desire and wanting it for yourselves and this game goes on till your death unless you pause and put a brake to all this and start pondering what actually is life all about and what is that which gives you permanent happiness.

The real journey of life starts from within oneself.  Knowing about self is more important than knowing about anything else outside of us.  Knowing about our own being is called Spirituality.  Life is both intrinsic and extrinsic but the journey starts from within and once you know inside of your own self of your own intrinsic nature then it is easier to know about everything else extrinsic in life.  Once you have reached a state of equilibrium or balanced state in your inner being then external journey of life is child's play.  The journey of life will become an effortless game once you reach a balanced state in your being.

If you are always aiming for or desiring for momentary happiness through materialistic things, or possessing something then you have a long way to go, may be you need to come back again and hopefully in your next birth or until you reach the final Santrupthi stage in one of your life cycles. The choice is there in front of us and for everyone of us and it is up to you to decide if you want momentary pleasures or permanent state of happiness - contentment and put a stop to your ever racy mind showing a carrot all the time.

The game of life is on and it is up to each one of us to opt the right choice to reach the final destination - blissfulness or enlightenment.

I am here to enlighten you on how to make your journey of life an effortless one and attain a state of fulfillment or contentment in all aspect of life in order to break away from the Chakravyuha, the cycle of life and death, and become an Enlightened Being in this life itself.
