अहम् अस्मि सम्पूर्णम् - I am the whole
Aham Asmi Sampurnam
This is from 'Aitareya Upanishad' and it belongs to Rigveda that 'I am the whole' or 'Aham Brahma Asmi' It means 'I am Brahma', the creator. I am one with the creator and I am not separate.
We are delivered on to this world as a part of evolutionary process and we are complete in all sense. There is nothing incomplete within us. You are born as a whole even though you appear to be a part of the whole. When you are part of the whole called the Universal Energy you can become whole again in this life by realizing and rejoining with the whole. Oneness and wholeness are one and the same, there is no distinction even though it appears different to a common man. We are born as a part, we seemed to be apart, but we are in fact part of the whole called the Universal Energy.
All life forms are a bundle of energy in different shape and size, but have the same inherent essence in their respective core, deep inside of them. We all are energy based creatures and we need Sun's energy in one form or the other to sustain or exist on this planet.
Once we realize that we are energy based creatures, then we should be aware of the fact that neither energy can be created or destroyed, it can only be converted into different form. The statement "neither energy can be created or destroyed" means that according to the law of conservation of energy, energy cannot be created or destroyed, only transformed from one form to another; the total amount of energy in a closed system remains constant according to law of thermodynamics. Energy can be converted to one form or the other but cannot be created or destroyed altogether. Energy remains in constant state all the time.
Spirituality is a path to fully understand and realize about our own self. In spirituality you reflect into your own being and try to understand who you really are. Spirituality helps in transforming your inner energy to align with the whole and thus becoming the universal energy in the process. Once transformed, you are one and the same and you are the whole and you are not separate at all.
Self-realization will transform you from being a part to becoming whole over a period of time in this lifetime itself. Once you have merged with the whole, rest of the journey of life will become an effortless affair. You let go of your self and become selfless or the whole itself.
Embrace Spirituality, Transform Your Self
Let Go of Your Self and Merge With The Whole
Celebrate Life Rest of Your Lifetime
