शुद्ध चैतन्य - Pure Consciousness
Shuddha Chaitanya
Pure consciousness is a state of awareness that is unclouded by judgment, interpretation, or perspective. It is fully aware of all changes in time and space. To rest in consciousness is the opposite of contraction and fear. When we rest in consciousness we become unafraid of the changing conditions of life. It is the essence of one's true identity and it always exists
In the pure experience of consciousness there is no experience of body or thoughts; there is no experience, no experiencer, no self. To see consciousness in its purity is to experience what is called universal consciousness, to experience the mind as pure consciousness. When you experience the mind as consciousness, it is also knowingness, the very element of knowing. Either the individual consciousness has to go through the ego dying and then be reborn as universal consciousness.
Individual consciousness must expand to become universal consciousness. It’s as if space experiences space, rather than someone experiencing space, and it is limitless. It is difficult to describe what universal consciousness or what the mind as consciousness means, because there are no thoughts in it. The moment there are thoughts, the content separates you from the consciousness. There are no thoughts; your head feels expanded, your consciousness spreads out infinitely. It has no boundaries and no center. There is not a somebody here looking at something there. The looking is everywhere. Everything is consciousness existing as a universe of consciousness, boundless and infinite.
Pure consciousness is beyond experience, beyond mind, beyond concept. It is suchness, pure suchness. We cannot say anything about it. We cannot say it is self, we cannot say it is not self, we cannot say it is God, we cannot say it is the universe, we cannot say it is a person, we cannot say it is not a person; the moment we say anything, we are within mind.
Pure consciousness is consciousness that is experienced directly and purely.
Some people practice transcendental meditation to familiarize with pure consciousness, or the Supreme Reality. It begins with a growing awareness of awareness, behind phenomena, such as thought, feeling and sensation. Once this relationship develops, the journey of exploring the infinite nature of consciousness begins.
Spaciousness is pure awareness. It’s consciousness in its pristine state, undistorted by narratives, perspectives, judgements, or interpretations of the mind.
Pure consciousness is a no mind zone. It is like water, no colour, shape, taste yet it is the source of life. It seems nothing but it is everything without which life was not possible at all. Possibilities of life is due to combination of elements that are both visible and invisible like water, air, light, and heat without which creatures of life would not have existed on this earth in this format at all.
Spirituality is a path or a journey inside of our being to really understand and realize who we really are, what we are, what is the purpose of us being born on this very earth. It is a journey to understand our core essence with which we are made of. The essence of all living creatures are same with a slight variations in degrees. Once you realize who you really are than there arises a possibility of understanding the whole concept of life and living. Once you come to know what your true nature is and accept it wholeheartedly and go with the flow of life, everything falls in line and life will be an effortless journey full of wonderment and cherishing event to celebrate.
Life is a celebratory event for all its stake holders including the one cell creatures.
