Shashvatam Sukham
Nityaananda means always happy or eternally happy. Eternal happiness represents a state of unending joy and contentment attained through devotion, connection to the divine, virtuous living and having spiritual pursuits.
We humans are so stupid and are so short sighted that we just feel good with temporary happiness, temporary joy and temporary feeling of goodness as if our lives are temporary and we are living for the time being. We never realize that our span of life from birth to death is a long journey that we need to pursue in our life and we better concentrate on long-term and everlasting feel good factors to be able to sustain this journey of life effortlessly.
Of course, I agree when we are behaving like this in our childhood and in our adolescence, I can easily understand, but we need to grow out of this myopic vision and broaden our vision and try looking at things beyond the horizon. We have to take advantage of our maturity and grow out of this childishness and look and view at life in a broader perspective. It means looking at life beyond your immediate circumstances, considering the wider context of the world, different viewpoints, and the interconnectedness of things and events, rather than focusing solely on your own personal experiences and perspective; it encourages empathy, understanding diverse situations, and recognizing the bigger picture in life
Eternal happiness, as outlined in various philosophical and spiritual traditions, represents a profound and lasting state of joy that transcends the temporary pleasures of the material world. This state is often achieved through deep spiritual practices, devotion, and understanding one's connection to the divine. It is characterized by a sense of fulfillment, inner peace, and liberation from the cycle of suffering and rebirth. Eternal happiness serves as the ultimate goal for practitioners of various faiths, reflecting a universal aspiration for joy and contentment. With larger perspective, you can vividly discern and thus broadening your horizon towards various aspects of life makes living a lot easier and the journey of life an effortless one.

Spirituality is a path for self realization and self reflection. It is like showing a mirror to oneself. It is an intensive journey inside of one's being to know the core essence deeply embedded inside of our body and to be one with it. It is just a matter of realization of what is already there and accept it gracefully and with full of gratitude and be blessed to transform oneself into an Enlightened Being.
