सत्यं स्वीकर्तुम् - Accepting reality
Satyām Svīkartum
सत्यं स्वीकर्तुम् (satyām svīkartum), which literally translates to "to accept the truth".
Accepting reality is acknowledging the reality of a situation and acting accordingly without judgment. It's about recognizing and embracing your feelings without trying to change them. Accepting reality means seeing the moment as it is and seeing ourselves as we are. When we see, acknowledge, and accept something without judgement then we are accepting reality as is.
Acceptance starts with perceiving reality as it is right now, what people are rather than what you want them to be, situations that you cannot control. Acknowledge what is present and what is, rather than imagining about it.
Getting grounded with reality, focus on your senses, engage in mindful activities, and connect with your surroundings and emotions. Allow yourself to feel your emotions without judgment. To be grounded in reality is to be firmly connected with life, both the good and the bad part of it.
To be grounded in reality means to be aware of our surroundings and to know the difference between what is real and what is not real. It means living in the present moment and take life as it comes. Feel the ground under your feet. Know that your base is the ground, the earth on which you can stand, sleep, run, and jump and do all kinds of activities and still be with it. Always bear it in your mind that we are ground based creatures and we need to be grounded as much as possible in our life to sustain ourselves and to enjoy the life. We cannot be other than where we are. We cannot be in air, water or vacuum for too long, we need to come back to the ground, the base, where we can be, all the time. Ground is our default base with which we need to stick to throughout our life.
Being realistic in life means accepting situations as they are, rather than as you wish them to be, and making practical decisions based on that understanding. It involves critical thinking, objective assessment, and avoiding unrealistic expectations out of life. Realism involves acknowledging the current situation and its potential outcomes, rather than clinging to wishful thinking or fearing the worst Realists set realistic goals and expectations, understanding that not everything is within their control.
Being realistic doesn't mean being negative or pessimistic. It's about approaching situations with a clear understanding of what is likely to happen and making decisions based on that understanding. Rather than dreaming and constantly increasing your self-expectations, adopt a realist mindset, and acknowledge that what you have right now and accept it gracefully with full of gratitude.
We need to acknowledge and realize the fact that we are product of nature and we are under the spell of nature and nature controls everything and we need to submit to natural process to take place without being a hinderance to the evolutionary process.
Spirituality is a path towards knowing the real you. Self realization is the first step towards acceptance of your essential being and your default program and let go of your self and evolve according to the natural process rather than influencing its process. Self realization will lead you into transforming into an Enlightened Being after the ultimate realization. Unless we get connected to the higher universal force we cannot be better off on this earth or for that matter in life itself. Unless you go with the flow, you do not get synch with the natural ongoing process of which you are obviously a part of. Falling apart from the natural process will lead to dissatisfied, discontented, and disorganized life on earth.
Life will become fulfilling only when you stop your expectations and start accepting the reality and be the real you. You are born original.
"Life is not a problem to be solved, but a reality to be experienced."

Align With Truth, Align With Life
Celebrate Life, Celebrate Your Existence
