Patience, persistence, and perseverance are qualities that can help you achieve your goals. They can help you develop resilience and mental toughness, and overcome challenges.  Patience is essential because there will be problems, and persistence helps you stay on course  Perseverance is the result of patience and persistence.

Patience allows us to navigate challenges with clarity, and gives us time for growth, understanding, and healing.

Patience is the strength of will to navigate the obstacles and the challenges that may come your way as you go through the process.  Patience is essential because there will be problems. There will be people who irritate you and situations that frustrate you. If you are patient, you stay focused on doing the work. You don’t complain, you solve.

“The day you plant the seed is not the day you eat the fruit.”

A seed sown takes some time to germinate and get life turn into a plant and grow into a tree and then flower blooms and bears fruits. No force or compulsion can make it happen sooner. The determination of the tree’s root to go deeper will help it grow stronger and bigger and stay longer in the process.

Persistence is a quality which suggests remaining steadfast and firm on course, action, purpose, and state, despite opposition, remonstration, hurdles and setbacks.  Persistence helps to stay motivated, remain on course and keep going till the life’s objectives are fulfilled.

"Patience and perseverance have a magical effect before which difficulties disappear and obstacles vanish"  - John Quincy Adams

Successful people are persistent and self-confident even when they face failure. They rise again and continue making persistent efforts till they reach their goals.

Perseverance is being relentless about doing what needs to be done for as long as it takes. It is the never give up attitude that makes a determined individual to reach his goals.

At the end of the day or life what matters is not fleeting happiness but deep contentment.  It is not about moving from ‘have-not’ to ‘have’. It is about moving towards ‘sufficient’.  Contentment is the underlying acceptance of what it means to be human, an unconditional love for all of life's experiences, without the need for anything more.  Deep contentment is a state of profound peace and satisfaction, a feeling of fulfillment and tranquility arising from a sense of inner peace and appreciation for what one already has.

Instead of striving for temporary happiness, we can settle into a sustainable sense of contentment that nobody can take away from us, and nobody can give to us, either. It is already inside of us, and it just takes a little practice to begin experiencing it for ourselves.

Understanding ourselves is crucial for understanding life as a whole.  Diving deep into our being and knowing our true essence will make you change your perception about life altogether.  Knowing the spirt behind our existence is what counts the most.  The thing which is ticking inside of us throughout our life.

Realizing and accepting our default state and default program which is deeply embedded in our essential being will transform you into an Enlightened Being.  When you are enlightened about every facts of life you come out of your dark ignorance and emerge out as an Enlightened Being.  You will be empowered with every aspect of life and living and now you live life effortlessly and start imparting and showing light to all of whom who are in the darkness of ignorance.
