जीवनस्य सामना - Facing Life

Jivanasya Samana

The ability to manage and navigate through the challenges, stresses, and ups and downs that are a natural part of everyday existence, often by employing healthy strategies like self-care, seeking support from others, maintaining a positive mindset, and developing resilience to adapt to changing situations will make life an enjoyable and cherishing journey.

Key aspects of coping with life or facing life:

Self-care:  Prioritizing physical and mental wellbeing through activities like exercise, healthy eating, getting enough sleep, and taking time for relaxation.

Emotional regulation:  Recognizing and managing your emotions effectively, including accepting negative emotions without letting them overwhelm you.

Positive mindset:  Cultivating an optimistic outlook by focusing on the good aspects of life and finding solutions to challenges.

Social support:  Maintaining healthy relationships with friends and family who can provide emotional support and encouragement.

Stress management techniques:  Learning strategies to manage stress, such as deep breathing, meditation, or mindfulness practices.

Resilience building:  Developing the ability to bounce back from setbacks and adapt to change.

Facing life or Coping with life means adjusting and adopting to changing scenario rather than being stubborn and resist ourselves to flow with life process.  Irrespective of our likes and dislikes, acceptance or nonacceptance, understanding or nonunderstanding about the facts of life, life goes on in its usual pace and nothing can stop the evolutionary cyclic process and its plans to evolve out of the present situation and circumstances taking along with it all its creations in this cyclic ever changing process of existence.

We are in the world of existential existence.  Existentialist philosophy encompasses a range of perspectives, but it shares certain underlying concepts. Among these, a central tenet of existentialism is that personal freedom, individual responsibility, and deliberate choice are essential to the pursuit of self-discovery and the determination of life's meaning.

Existentialism is a philosophical movement that focuses on the human experience and the choices that shape our identity. It emphasizes that we are responsible for creating meaning in our own lives.  Existentialism emphasizes the importance of individual experience and the need to live authentically, meaning to be true to oneself and one's values, rather than conforming to societal expectations.

Existentialists believe that through our choices, we define ourselves and create our own essence.

Understanding our own self by becoming spiritual and trying to know our true essence which is deeply embedded in the core of our being.  Self awareness and realizing our true self will go a long way in coping with life.  Out of self realization process we will be able to get along with life and its uncertainties with new vigor and vitality  and enjoy the journey of life irrespective of whatever situations we are in hoping for better days ahead as time rolls by in the evolutionary process of life.

Becoming aware of the facts of life in its true format will transform one into an Enlightened Being who has come out of darkness of ignorance and ready to face life as it unfolds in a let go fashion.  An Enlightened being is someone with least resistance and merging with the flow of life and becoming like a river which ultimately joins the sea and becomes the sea itself and thus becoming a

Unified Being in Existence.

Life is an opportunity to understand our true self

Once you realize your selves,

you have chances of knowing the unknown

Only when you open yourselves up there arises a possibility

Celebrate Life and Enjoy its Journey
