Yatha Raja Tatha Praja - as is the king, so are the subjects

The person who is in-charge of a place, state, country or kingdom is a very important person because his character, behavior, and principle is reflected in his subordinates, subjects, the people who are under him.  If you have a right person who is wise, his wiseness will get reflected in his decisions, work, and there will be positiveness in all the things he does and the outcome of all his decisions will go well with his people.  His decisions will have a positive impact on the people whom he is leading as a leader.  Unless you have a rich, experienced and wise leaders you cannot get any positive change in the society. 

Yatha Raja Tatha Praja means as is the king so are the subjects.  The subjects are reflection of the kings nature.  You can have a vibrant economy with a vibrant leader.  The leader should be selfless in attitude towards his people.  If you are selfless, you think less about your self and more about others.  You offer your service to others selflessly without looking for any personal gain of any sort.  A selfish person should never become or should never be made as a leader.  The leader should be dynamic in nature.  A static leader leads his state to stagnation with no growth.   The positive flow should start from the top and flow into the masses.

Praja seva should be the motto of any leader.  Welfare of the people should be the ultimate aim of any leader.  Either you become a raja or remain as a praja.  Either you become a leader or be under his leadership.  If you are selfless person and have the abilities to take a lead and do good for the welfare of the society, you should and need to take the mantle of leadership.  Only a responsible person can take up responsibility and own responsibility and have the capacity of responsive decision making - RDM.

Spirituality is a path which helps in molding your character in the right direction wherein you are good for yourselves and you are good for the society as a whole.  It is character you build and the behaviors you adopt and cultivate which reflects in your overall personality.  Spirituality is a holistic approach towards understanding self and in the process realizing and understanding the whole process of life and living as a whole.  Spirituality unravels the spirit behind and inside of everything. It will make you realize the essence which flows in every aspect of life and living.  

Spirituality enlightens you about the facts on each and every aspect of life and helps you to merge with the environment you are born in effortlessly and makes you a part of synchronous life which is in existence.
