ॐ असतो मा सद्गमय

Om Asato Ma Sadgamaya 

                                                - lead me from the unreal to the real

This Mantra is from the Upanishads, it also means lead me from darkness to light.

We are born on this planet Earth without our knowing or intention.  We have come into being just like that and the only thing we have to do now is to realize the fact that we have come into existence and we need to live till our designated life span and complete our lifecycle in existence.  We are part of cyclic creations of nature where everything created and recreated again and again time immemorial.  Generation, degeneration, and regeneration is the game plan of nature.  We are just a player who is supposed to playout the game of life and unless we know the rules of the game, we cannot play it well.  Any game has a set of rules on which it is constructed upon.  Even life has a game plan which we need to decipher and adhere to it to the core without any form of deviation.

We have to realize that we cannot become anything else other than what we already are and we are 100% okay and a completely created organism. Once you realize and understand your position, the only thing left for you and need for you to do is accept the reality and live with it.  We need to find our default state and stick to it till we exist on this earth. Leading from darkness to light means from innocence to wiseness through knowing and experience.  It is important for us to know inside out of the process of nature both inside and outside of us.  

We, as a product of nature, can be and should be natural and you cannot deviate from the set and said path, the path is already laid out in front of you, you just need to follow the path, that is it.  You need to see the light in the darkness and go towards that and that is the way out of darkness. This is the only thing you and I can do, that is the whole game plan of life, to see the light of the day.   Realize that you are existing because of nature and being natural, you need to follow the natures course to salvation.

Accepting reality and knowing the real from unreal is what is all about.  You can realize the reality once you can distinguish between unreal and real.  Once you come into consciousness you will be about to make out reality very easily.  Unless you know the difference you will not be able to know the reality and you will be groping in the dark aimlessly trying to find a way out of it.  

Ultimately it is your own consciousness which will lead you from the unreal to the real or from darkness to light.

Spirituality is a path which will make you realize the reality from the unrealistic encounters you had along your life up till now.  It will put a light on every aspect of life and living dispelling all the darkness in your life.  Spirituality will make you realize your true self first and then enlightens you about all else in life.  It will transform you into an conscious or Enlightened being from all falsehood and brightening your life from darkness forever.

Come out of your false assumptions and accept the reality by being Spiritual and accepting life wholly and undoubtedly.
