Sat-Chit-Ananda - truth-consciousness-eternal bliss
It is only through truth, consciousness, and eternal bliss, the sequencing pattern in which a person grows up in the spiritual world. The ultimate reality is realized through sat-chit-ananda.
The first and foremost thing is to realize what is truth, it is not a discovery something we need to discover. We have to realize and come to terms that we are a new entity who have come into existence which has been existing time immemorable. If you realize that you are alive and existing on this planet and like you, all others creations of nature is coexisting in this place like a fabric interdependent for everyone's survival. The environment was already existing before our entry into this world. You would not have been born if conducive environment was not there for your survival.
Truth is realized only when you empty out your mind of all its accumulated and preexisting content. When there is emptiness in your mind you can see, feel and realize the reality. You were not able to all this time as you had a clouded and crowded mind which was preventing you to know the truth. To experience the truth you need clarity in your mind and your vision and purity of your body. Any preexisting baggage in your mind will prevent you to know the truth as is. Truth can be known with no mind approach. Acceptance of the reality without thought process of your mind will make you understand about the truth of the matter.
We usually live a superficial life, a life full of hypothesis, body present mind absent. Body is always in the present from the day one but only one body part, your mind, has drifted away from your body and causing all the trouble. It cannot be still. Its nature is to wander somewhere in the past or future getting away from the present. Mind cannot be in the present. Mind always projects things which is not there in the present. It either wants you to be in the past or future but never in the present. Consciousness is being in the present. Consciousness is no mind state. Mind has no role to play in conscious state. The whole body is present in that state not just one body part. You are conscious only when all your body parts are in union or in alignment and are in present state. In conscious state your thought process stops and the mind goes blank.
Ananda or eternal bliss is a feeling you get when you have known the truth and are in conscious state by being in the present. It is a feeling you get once you know your inner self and when you are in alignment with nature. Only when you are in a let go state where in you do not hold on to anything in life and trust and believe nature and you are not the decider in your life and allow yourself to be led by nature for every thing in life, you reach the ultimate state of Ananda or Eternal Bliss. It is the state where in you are happy of what you are, how you are, and accepted your being fully and you start being your self fully and naturally. It is a feeling you get when you have accepted your true self as you are and continue your life trusting the nature all through your life. It is a no desire state where in you have dissolved your individual self into the universal self and merged with the whole existence. The river reaching the sea and becoming the sea. It is a state where you lose your individual identity.
Once you reach the Sat-chit-ananda state you go with the flow of the river effortlessly and you are on the way to merge with the ultimate, the Universal Soul, the Paramatma or Parabrahman or Supreme Being.
Spirituality is a path to discover your true self. It is a path inside your being to know your true nature of your being. It is a solo journey to be undertaken by each and every individual on their own free will and with a clear intention of knowing the true essence of your being. Once you realize who you really are then it is easy to understand the world outside of your self. Once you get clarity in your vision you will have perception to see things in its true form since all your senses will be in the present state. It is a journey to get clarity of every aspect of life and living on the whole. Now you embarked on the ultimate journey of your life reaching the Sat-chit-ananda state and you are on the way to merge with the existence as a whole by losing your individual identity.
